Turin has a network of public transport enabling quick connections with all the main nerve centres of the city.

UNDERGROUND

The first line of Turin's new underground system has been
completed. It allows you to rapidly reach every part of the city in comfortable trains, while it speeds up the traffic on the ground. Employing the VAL system (Automatic Light Vehicle), already adopted with success in many cities such as Paris and Chicago, it
operates autonomously.

from the airport
Taxi

The taxi rank is located on the left at the exit of the Arrivals level.
Taxis fare is about Euro 30/40 to reach downtown Turin, and travel time is approximately 30 minutes.

Train

A railway links the airport to Turin (GTT Dora Railway Station).
Departures every 30 minutes to the airport from 05:13am to 07:43pm and to Turin from 06:49am to 09:19pm. Journey time: 19 min.
The railway station is located few meters away from the air terminal.

Bus

The bus link service between the airport and downtown is operated from early morning to midnight. The trip takes about 40 minutes; one-way fare is about Euro 5,00.

In the city

Underground, buses, trams and taxis reach all sections of the city. Alternatively, you can rent a car, scooter, moped or bicycle to explore the city and environs on your own.

Public Trasport

The inner and outer areas of the city are covered by convenient public transport services.
Underground bus and tram services are operated from early morning to midnight (05.00 to 24.00). Tickets are sold at tobacconists, newsstands, and wherever else indicated.
Once stamped, the fare is valid for 70 minutes; tickets can be bought individually or in blocks of fifteen.

Pay car parks

In Turin there are 18 guarded car parks connected to the city centre by Gtt local transport. In addition, Star 1 line has been recently set up; this consists of electrical buses which rapidly and comfortably bring you from 5 car parks to the city centre.

Paying parking is located in the centre and the majority near areas from a minimum of 0,50 € to a maximum of 2,00 €.
